Holding Fast To Our Confession Since We Have A Great High Priest
Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:
“Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession”
Hebrews 4:14
“Since we have a great high priest... let us hold fast our confession.” Hallelujah, brothers and sisters, God has given us “a great high priest,” His only Son, Jesus. Let us hold fast to our confession of “Jesus the Son of God” Who “has passed through the heavens” for us with His perfect atoning New Covenant blood, as our “great high priest,” so He would enter “the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption” (Hebrews 9:12).
All praise to our “great high priest” - “Jesus the Son of God!” The more you confess “Jesus the Son of God” as your “great high priest,” the more you will be inclined, enabled, and empowered to learn of Jesus, your “great high priest.”
He is so great, our God, our King, our High Priest forever. “Hold fast” to your confession. “Jesus the Son of God” deserves to be honored and glorified by all of God’s children for obtaining “eternal redemption” for us as our “great high priest.”
Yes, confess Him, and bless Him, our wonderful Lord and priest forever, Who loves us so much. May every true Christian come into this true light of our Lord, to know and confess that we indeed do “have a great high priest,” Who is “Jesus the Son of God.”
Hold fast to your confession of Jesus your “great high priest” today. Yes, joyfully confess Jesus as your high priest in His presence as His priest today, and you will see that Jesus is holding fast to you, for you have become His Own New Covenant born again child and He has become your faithful and “great high priest,” both now and forever. Hallelujah!
