Hallelujah, Let Us Press On By Pressing In To Know Our Lord

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“Let us know, let us press on to know the Lord. His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain watering the earth”

Hosea 6:3

Hallelujah beloved child and priest of God, let us press on to know our Lord this day through our pressing in to know our Lord!

Let us “taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8), in this moment, through our pressing on by pressing in.

Yes, let us press on by pressing in: so we may “know our Lord” (Hosea 6:3), that we may “behold the beauty of the Lord and meditate in His holy temple” (Psalm 27) , where the living water of Jesus Christ flows through His holy Spirit (John 4:14, 7:38), so He may “revive us” and “raise us up” (Hosea 6:2), “that we may live before Him” (Hosea 6:2)!

Let us press on by pressing in, as we have learned, through our entering “His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise” (Psalm 100:4), by going “into our inner room” (Jesus Matthew 6:6), the room within us, “for we are the temple of the living God; just as God said, ‘I will dwell in them’” (2 Corinthians 6:16). Hallelujah!.

Our Lord is so faithful. We know for sure that, every single time we press on as His people by pressing in as His priesthood, He will always meet with and abide with us, even as we abide with Him (John 15:4, 17:21-24). Beloved, be forever grateful to know that, with your Lord, “In Your presence is fullness of joy;” and “in Your right hand are pleasures forever” (Psalm 16:11). Don’t be shy about confessing this to Him with gratitude in His presence either!

God’s faithful promise, to minister to us, every time we minister to Him “is as certain as the dawn” (Hosea 6:3). It’s as certain as “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you” (James 4:8). Bless Your Name Lord!

Every time we approach our “Lord” and “priest forever” (Psalm 110:1,4), our Savior Jesus Christ, humbly, as His loyal and "royal priesthood” (1 Peter 2:9), we know through practice, that “He will come to us like the rain.” Yes beloved, “like the spring rain watering the earth” (Hosea 6:3).

Oh Lord our God, we praise You, “for with You is the fountain of life” and “in Your light we see light” (Psalm 36:9)! We thank You for Your inner living water that we may behold and drink in, even as we offer up our praise to You. Yes Abba Father, “The light is pleasant, and it is good for eyes to see the sun” (Ecclesiastes 11:7). Thank You Lord. May we always be grateful and joyful in our hearts to “press on to know the Lord.” Hallelujah!
