Let Jesus, Himself, Comfort And Strengthen You Today
Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:
“Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word”
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17
How do we receive this marvelous ministry of comfort and strength for our hearts in every good work and word? Through “our Lord Jesus Christ Himself.”
Praise God, not only has He given us “eternal comfort and good hope by grace,” but He is also here now, “our Lord Jesus Christ Himself,” to comfort and strengthen our hearts now, in this moment, for every good work and word.
God, Who has blessed us with comfort for all eternity, is with us each moment so He may carry out His blessing of comfort upon our lives.
Jesus Christ and God our Father have already “loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace,” so it only makes sense and surely holds true that God is consistent, so this can only mean He is here now with comfort and strength for us.
Today, I encourage you to draw near to “our Lord Jesus Christ Himself” and let His love, eternal comfort, good hope, and grace strengthen and comfort you now “in every good work and word.”
Never forget that Jesus is your “‘Immanuel,’ which translated means, ‘God with us’” (Matthew 1:23). He is here, with you, right now, for your comfort and strength. Bless His holy name and receive His blessings. Hallelujah!
