Our Water Flows From The Sanctuary
Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:
“Their leaves will not wither and their fruit will not fail. They will bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing”
Ezekiel 47:12
This last section of Ezekiel’s great and lengthy vision of God’s temple (Ezekiel chapters 40-48) speaks about a river of water flowing from God’s sanctuary; the sanctuary where we have lately been seeing God’s entreaty and favor to His inner court priests, saying, “They shall enter My sanctuary; they shall come near to My table to minister to Me” (Ezekiel 44:16).
In the same way that this scripture, “to minister to Me,” speaks to us, as God’s present day declared kingdom of priests (Revelation 1:5-6, 5:9-10) concerning our own entering our Lord’s sanctuary, within us, where Christ dwells, to minister to Our Lord, so also are these words true for us, as God’s living trees and priests, concerning the water flowing from the sanctuary!
When we minister to our Lord in His sanctuary, living water is flowing! As we continue to minister to our Lord in His sanctuary, throughout our lives, being His Own graced and obedient priesthood, all of the promises in this prophetic passage are true for us!
Yes, hallelujah! In Jesus Christ, as His professing and practicing priesthood, our “leaves will not wither” and our “fruit will not fail,” because as ministers to our Lord, we are forever in the sanctuary where the living waters flow!
Yes, God’s promise is that we will bear fruit every month, every day, every moment that we minister to our Lord in His sanctuary, which is what allows the release of the flow of God’s living water to us from His sanctuary.
Our “leaves will not wither” which means we will never “dry out” because we are always in the priestly flow with our Lord in His presence!
O priest of God, see the water flowing from God’s sanctuary today, and step right in! Let His living waters wash over you and renew you in His presence, even as you bless His holy name!
“He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields it’s fruit in it’s season and it’s leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does he prospers” (Psalm 1:8).
Hallelujah!
