Renewing By The Holy Spirit

Today’s Word Of Encouragement From Wayne:

“When the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit”

Titus 3:4-5

Hallelujah, beloved child of God, our Lord Jesus is offering us a continuous “renewing by the Holy Spirit,” the same  Holy Spirit Who dwells within us even now in this moment! This is good news for us!

According to this passage in Paul’s letter to Titus, I believe, if you have any difficulty at all in beholding your own inner “renewing by the Holy Spirit,” then the key to understanding must be in our willingness to see these three things: “the kindness of God our Savior”, “His love for mankind”, and “according to His mercy”.

Yes, a most beautiful and peaceful way for you to behold your own continuous “renewing by the Holy Spirit” is for you to simply, humbly, and gratefully see “God our Savior” Who has “saved us” in the fullness of His Own “kindness”, “love”, and “mercy” towards you!

Drink in God your Savior’s Own kindness, love, and mercy for you and you will not only have no problem in seeing your renewal in the Holy Spirit, but you will be joyfully participating in and praising God for this continuous renewal.

Honestly, abiding with God your Savior through continuous fellowship with “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27) equals continuous “renewing by the Holy Spirit”.

I encourage you to abide with God your Savior today, specifically abiding in His magnificent kindness, love ,and mercy for you, graciously given so that you might know Him and be with Him at all times.

Let the kindness and love of God our Savior appear to you, within you, in His mercy, and thank Him for living in you so that you may always blessedly live in a continuous “renewing by the Holy Spirit.” Hallelujah!
